Massachusets= No Fireworks
Conneticut= Fountains, California Candles and Sparklers only Must be 16 to buy Fireworks.
Rhode Island= No Fireworks
New York= No Fireworks
New Jersey= No Fireworks
Pennsylvania= Sparklers, Snakes, Snappers, Poppers, but you can apply for a state permit for all 1.4G fireworks
Delaware= No Fireworks
Maryland= Sparkers with no preclorate or clorate, Fountains, Flashers, Smoke items, Snakes, Snappers and poppers. Must Be 16 to buy Fireworks. No Mail Ordering Of Fireworks Allowed.
Washington DC=Some Safe and Sane= Sparkers less then 20" , Fountains, Torches, Snappers, poppers and Snakes.
Virginia= Fountains, Sparklers, Wheels and Torchas
North Caralina= Fountains, Sparklers, Smoke Items, Snakes, Snappers, poppers and string Bombs. Must be 16 to buy Fireworks.
South Caralina= All 1.4G Fireworks except Bottle Rockets. 14 to buy Firewoks.
Georgia= Fountains, Sparklers, Snakes, Snappers, poppers and string Bombs
Florida= Some Safe& Sane=Sparklers, Fountains, Ground spinners, Smoke items, Flashers, Snakes Snappers, poppers and String Boombs. This is the law, but all 1.4G fireworks can be sold to the public. Never heard about anyone getting arrested for 1.4G fireworks. I think since everyone in Florida buys them and shoot them, Police dont do anything and can't do anything.
Kentukey= all Safe&Sane(including Handle Held Fountains, Crackling Balls and Crackling Flashers)
Tenennessee= All 1.4G Fireworks except Reloadable Shells. Must be 10 to buy Fireworks. No Mail order of Fireworks Allowed.
Alabama= All 1.4 G Fireworks. Must be 16 to buy Fireworks and no Mail order Of Fireworks Allowed.
Arkansas= All 1.4 G fireworks. Must Be 12 to buy Fireworks.
Mississippi= All 1.4 G Fireworks. Must be 12 to buy Fireworks.
Louisiana= all 1.4G Fireworks. Must Be 15 to buy Fireworks.
Oklahoma= All 1.4G Fireworks except Rockets . Must be 12 to buy Fireworks. No Mail Order of Fireworks.
Texas= All 1.4 G Fireworks except Bottle Rockets. Must be 12 to buy Fireworks.
New Mexico= All 1.4G Fireworks except Rockets. Must be 16 to buy Fireworks.

Nevada= All 1.4G Fireworks ( Best Fireworks State) Better then South Carolina. May have less Fireworks stores then South Carolina, but the Fireworks laws are done by the county not the state.
Wyoming= All 1.4G Fireworks
Montana= All 1.4G Fireworks except Rockets and Roman Candles.
Idaho= All 1.4G Fireworks. Must be 16 to buy Fireworks.
Oregon= All Safe&Sane( including Crackling balls, Crackling Flashers and hand held Fountains) Must be 16 to buy Fireworks. No mail order of Fireworks Allowed.
Washington= All 1.4G Fireworks except Rockets, Missles and Firecrackers. Must be 16 to buy Fireworks.
West Virginia=Some Safe& Sane= Sparklers, Fountains, Wheels, Smoke Items, String Bombs, Snakes, Snappers and poppers. Must be 16 to buy Fireworks.
Ohio= Sparklers, Smoke Items, String Boombs, Flashers, Snakes, Snappers and poppers. You may buy all 1.4G Fireworks in Ohio, but sign a paper saying they will be taken out of the State in 2 days or less.
Michigan=some Safe&sane= Sparklers, Fountains, Smoke Items, String Boombs, Snakes, Snappers and poppers
